Abstract


After five decades of development , China's auto industry has formed a relatively complete industrial system , and play an important role in the national economy . Wave of global economic integration , foreign multinational auto companies seek to enter the Chinese automobile enterprises gradually lost comparative advantage in technology , brand , and a controlling stake in market share from market leaders into followers of the market self-development capacity weakening , it is difficult to participate in international competition . Recognize that more and more Chinese enterprises to change this situation , must proceed from foster and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises . How to achieve lasting long-term development of research ideas at home and abroad , there are two : a major analysis of traditional tools , such as SWOT ; another is thinking along the core competitiveness to expand it . The core competence theory to explain the competitive advantage the idea to form a consensus , but the theory is not yet forming , pending further research and development . This thesis is to define the concept of core competencies that the core competitiveness of enterprises is the the enterprise unique long-term formation and financial enterprise support enterprise competitive advantage , enabling businesses to achieve competitive sustainable living and development . Analysis based on enterprise development of the resource base to explore the relationship of enterprise resources and core competencies the proposed core competitiveness of enterprises is the real basis of the development . This paper analyzes the current development of China's auto industry , in particular, the joint venture between the auto companies and restructuring focus discusses and analyzes the prospects for the development of China's auto industry , the core competitiveness of the status quo of China's auto enterprises , pointed out the problems of the enterprises in the development process , and then from the point of view of the core competitiveness suggestions for the development of Chinese auto companies .
