Abstract


Along with the rapid development of the world economy , the economic structure has undergone significant change , increasing the proportion of high-tech enterprises in various economic entities , the impact of economic growth has become increasingly acute . Competition among enterprises rely more on knowledge and technical means , talent as carriers of knowledge and technology in the development of enterprises play an active role in the era of knowledge economy , human resources become the first resource in the enterprise status has been a high degree of attention . Competition in the face of incentives , enterprises pay more attention to the possession and cultivation of talent , and to strengthen the demand for human resources management , enterprise information for effective decision-making requires a lot of human resources . Traditional accounting , human resources cost data scattered in many accounts , traditional accounting has not accounted for the organization's human resource value , human resource interests , can not satisfy all parties concerned on the needs of the human resources information . To solve this problem , it must be in an organization human resource accounting . This paper studies the human resources cost accounting , human resources value accounting , human resources equity accounting three kinds of accounting model , through research and analysis of the three modes , a new view on historical cost accounting model of human resources account settings ; value of human resources the the monetary more types of measurement methods , the proposed specification recommends should be necessary to carry out the work of the human Resource Value accounting ; human capital to participate in the distribution of profits , human resources and other factors of production in the creation of wealth in the process the role combined share of physical capital to determine the method of calculation of the share of human capital . Finally , the human resources accounting practice to put forward their own ideas .
