Abstract


With the 3G network licenses issued to all operators in 2009, including the 3G core network, wireless network and network management systems in large-scale operation came into a comprehensive high-speed network construction period. From 2009, the development of 3G mobile communications, mobile users and the development of business income are rapid, but with the world’s advanced mobile communications operators in comparison. our country is still has considerable gaps in management and means of operation , maintenance in network management and equipment maintenance are still backward, the network construction and application of network management are still weak. With the communications technology continues developing, new technologies; new equipment and new business emerging making the maintenance and management of communication networks become increasingly complex. Through the construction of Integrated network management system , a variety of manufacturers equipment within the network from the current decentralized, custody type maintenance operations management into a centralized system monitoring and centralized management, with controlling the operation of the whole network and collecting all kinds of management data, the progressive or less people on duty for no one and ultimately improve the quality of service communication network.This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of WCDMA networks and major technologies of integrated network management, then the article discuss the current status of integrated network management research, introduced the main technical characteristics of NGOSS and TMN.This paper base on the development and construction processes of the information release platform of Guangdong Unicom WCDMA network, Investigate 3G mobile integrated network management of information technology publishing platform by analyzing the characteristics of 3G networks to maintain and starting from the business development needs, according to the system design of the request, complete network design and development of the work. This article introduces the part of the 3G integrated network management information has been completed and functions of the system. Through introduced the function module provides a network management system implementation process of the base station alarm off issues such as data acquisition and analysis solutions.Finally, this paper analyzes the problems of the Guangdong branch of China Unicom WCDMA integrated network information distribution system, then reviewed further work and research.
