Abstract


After Ming government was established ,to northern border regime in national regions is implemented and juris dicted and governed in an important role of all the gileadites system.Since early in the Ming dynasty has setup river guarding,xining guaiding and so fouth that wait history said that "the corps of Western region". Combed the Ming dynasty had jurisdiction Xining guard to political control, economic and trade, military defensibly prevent, immigration policy, such as many army’s engagement in farming strategies for our correct understanding of Xining guard during the Ming dynasty, comprehensive evaluation Ming strategic position in this region in maintaining social stability, promoting frontier area development actions, all help. Xining Guarding Post is an important place of Ming Dynasty. It is the barrier of Hand has the important status both in military and strategy. Therefore Ming Dynasty paid much attention to the management over it. This paper uses a lot of documentary materials to summarize the variousous measures of military and politics in Xining Garding Post.This will help us to right realize its strategical status in Ming Dynasty and roundly evaluate the achievements for the Ming Dynasty social stability and development in the frontier region.
