Abstract


According to the Sliding bearings deputy wear conditions during using of the natural gasgenerating equipment(The following short called equipment) in the ninth oil plant jointstation of Daqing Oilfield, this paper research using reliability of the equipment ,and tried itsbest to supply detailed and exact wear conditions for the user of the natural gas generatingequipment so that the users could reduce the checking period of the natural gas generatingequipment and the cost of usage and servicing,increase economy benefit making use ofincreased the using lifetime by operational regulations, arranged reasonably the period ofexaminational equipment .This paper who carried out the reliability research of the different equipment of the oilfields used the examination and research of the spot .By means of the analysis of theFerrographic I make the wear data of the natural gas generating equipment and properprocessing of the data for this paper , then I acquired the statistical distribution models of theequipment lifetime based the statistical theory about reliability , thus accomplished thequalitative analysis and the quantitative elevation of the unit reliability about the equipment. Ialso elevated synthetically the good and bad of the unit lifetime of the oil field in virtue oftraverse contrast to the reliability index of the different unit of the oil fields. I examined thedifference of lifetime of the different units in virtue of examination of the square differencevalue and the average value of the lifetime failure data between the different unit .This paper can diagnosis the probable wear means of the equipment by the analysis of thewear particle images obtained from Ferrographic test,and know the unit operationcondition,Thus improving the reliability of the natural gas generating equipment. In addition,Using the tendency test method,we forecast the equipment the wear tendency of every unit.Tothe tendency increasing ,We should put highly emphasis on the equipment , According tothese we can forecast and diagnose wear condition in spot, direct servicing, achieve bestrunning of system.
