Abstract


Telecommunications industry in the last two or three decades has gone through a period of rapid development,a number of once-in of concurrent events,including the monopoly to a competitive market structure changes, including IP, mobile and other new technologies in the telecommunications industry a wide range of applications, as well as with the application of new technologies brought about by the business and services have doubled and redoubled. Hebei branch in accordance with the comprehensive customer service system planning requirements,launched a 97 system of decentralization reform,the province focused on building a comprehensive customer service system. 97 follow the transformation of the "unified planning and step-by-step implementation,data sharing, application-oriented" principle, in combination with Hebei branch to support the development of history and current situation on the completion of the 97 front-end systems and back-end data, applications and processes Comprehensive reform.Papers for Hebei branch, a comprehensive customer service system, the new construction requirements of the research in Hebei branch network of local 97 systems on the basis of the status quo, put forward a comprehensive customer service system construction program. Through the implementation of the program will achieve all of the data disaster recovery business,as well as the business-critical application-level disaster recovery, at the same time to achieve the load balancing system, and to avoid single point of failure system to ensure the normal operation of production systems so as to enhance the level of service and, indirectly, to improve the customer’s loyalty.
