Abstract


Animation Art is a unique art form, but also a form of culture. In the post-modern era of consumption and visual experience, animation art become the best visual entertainment lifestyle. Animated characters are animated soul. A good cartoon character, cartoon does not only mean success, but also indicates that the infinite cultural value and commercial value. There is also an animated character art form of visual symbols mean, it reflects the character's personality, the nation's aesthetic culture, the development of technology, with its unique form and aesthetic value by more people awareness. Quirky animated characters and animated imagery visual image, the performance of exaggeration, distortion of the visual aesthetic tension; bright colors, cartoon style and a strong dynamic, strong visual highlights sensory pleasure; humorous virtual image, meet people and experience the joy passion. Animated character was \In today's animation industry has as a part of cultural and creative industries, to the entertainment economy rapid development, animation box office, the commercial value of the animated character has become the focus of attention. Animated character image epitaxial industrial development, particularly prominent in the animation powerhouse performance, they noticed the animated character is not just a shape image, also Oscar-star-like cultural and economic benefits. In our animation art, animated characters of the visual image of the shape and development is still in a relatively backward situation, mainly in the animated character features are not distinctive, entertaining is not strong enough, action stiff, low-tech, traditional ethnic culture and modern language binding is poor. Urgent need to enhance the visual image of the animated character value, for dissemination of national culture and the development of animation and creative industries has far-reaching significance. This paper attempts to theoretically solve this problem. Results of this study are: 1) visual identity for animated characters were more in-depth analysis and research, from visual perception and symbol of principle, a unique animated visual thinking and communication environments. 2) animated characters visual image of style and aesthetic sense, one can from a new starting point to appreciate, understand animations, experience the artistic beauty of form and vent personal feelings. 3) This paper also animated character visual image of the design should have proposed an innovative design concept for a practical guiding significance animation art.
