Abstract


In today's world, both developed and developing countries, any market economy dominated by agriculture, there are rural cooperative economic organizations, and such organizations play an important role in the protection of agriculture. In the past 20 years of reform and development, China's agriculture and rural economy, the major changes, in particular to speed up the process of agricultural markets, but the farmers to enter the market but faces low, such as the degree of organization problems. Throughout the developed countries in the world history of economic development in agriculture, such problems through the establishment of rural cooperative economic organizations ways to solve. This paper analyzes the actual situation of the development of China's rural cooperative economic organizations, to explore the development of China's rural cooperative economic organizations countermeasures. This article includes five parts: the first part is an overview of rural cooperative economic organizations. First described the background of the development of rural economic cooperation organization, followed by the definition of the concept of a rural cooperative economic organizations. The second part analyzes the development of foreign rural cooperative organizations, in particular discussed the United States, with the characteristics of rural cooperative organizations in Taiwan and its Implications for China. The third part examines the development and evolution of the situation of China's rural cooperative economic organizations. First of the new-democratic revolution Mutual Aid Organization (Mutual Aid Organization of the Central Soviet Area and the Shaanxi-Gansu); Secondly, after the founding of New China to the reform and opening up in front of rural cooperative economic organizations (including primary The community senior community as well as people's communes) development; final analysis after the reform and opening up agricultural tier management system characteristics and their pros and cons. The fourth part of rural cooperative economic organizations in China after WTO accession on agricultural protection. Second, the rural cooperative economic organizations in the development of the main problems, as thought the lack of knowledge, unclear legal status of the management system and a new type of rural cooperative economic organizations of their own management problems. Finally, the analysis of the characteristics and constraints of Chinese rural cooperative economic organizations of agricultural protection after joining the WTO. The fifth part of analysis countermeasures on accession to the WTO after the development of China's rural cooperative economic organizations. Raise awareness, strengthen legislation and policy support to the development of rural cooperative economic organizations to create the necessary legal and policy environment.
