Abstract


Elevator remote monitoring is gradually developed with the development of computer control technology and network communication technology , the elevator control areas of cutting-edge technology . It consists of a computer server in the elevator repair service center via telephone lines , dedicated line or network , remote monitoring and operation of the elevator around the elevator operating status and fault monitoring statistics . Elevator is electromechanical integration equipment , its complex structure and high reliability requirements , timely detection of faults and troubleshooting is critical , elevator remote monitoring system design and implementation of major significance and broad application prospects . In this paper, based on the analysis of domestic and several elevator remote monitoring technology , Internet-based intelligent elevator remote monitoring system structure , system performance embedded microprocessor and the Ethernet controller chip as the core , the interface module , communication module and monitoring software development and design . Internet-based intelligent elevator remote monitoring system hardware design , research the DSP access Ethernet technology , and design flow diagram of a network interface circuit and RTL8019AS driver . DSP-based software development platform , the use of the C language and assembly language programming mixed way , to follow hierarchical design thinking and modular design method , to achieve streamline the TCP / IP protocol stack for this article , the analysis of the data frame encapsulation process to study the ARP , IP, ICMP, TCP protocol works and the various modules of the data structure and the function calls . Visual C object-oriented programming ideas to complete the overall software design of the elevator remote monitoring system , specifically including the the login permissions module , real-time monitoring module , data maintenance module and data analysis module . Dynamic display of the elevator operation status and fault the concrete realization of the elevator user information , operating status , troubleshooting and maintenance information database management, including the ATL template design and monitoring system main interface . Finally, the elevator remote monitoring system development prospects .
