Abstract


With the intelligent network is widely used in the field of mobile communication , intelligent network services for carriers increasingly important to safeguard the stable operation of the intelligent network gradually become the subject of concern of the mobile communications network operators . This paper describes the Six Sigma quality management methods , in accordance with the current state of systems analysis , programming , implementation of the project , the results of the assessment order of the intelligent network optimization process also describes the experience and focus in the project implementation process to solve technical difficulties . Firstly, expounded the basic objectives of the intelligent network optimization is to assist maintenance personnel to detect and quickly locate the intelligent network device failure and software failure , combined with historical data mining and aggregate information to assess the forecast , there may be hidden dangers , in turn , according to information correction and maintenance plan . On this basis , the paper focuses discussed the concept of intelligent network optimized billing verification subsystem design , the function of each module and internal relations . At present , the scheme proposed by the paper has been in the Guangxi Mobile Intelligent Network application results compared before and after the implementation of the project : the implementation of the project on the one hand to ensure the stability of the system , improve the work efficiency ; the other hand, to ensure the data synchronization and accuracy , making monitoring and maintenance quality has been a qualitative leap
