Abstract


In the 21st century, information technology tide sweeping the globe, the number represented by the Internet and communication technology applications penetrated into every aspect of people's lives , sweeping application of information technology industries , communications services and broadband data services, growing market demand for communications bandwidth requirements also rising . At the same time , China has entered a \network operators bearer network operators put forward new demands and higher requirements. Faced with the new market environment and business needs , radio and television network operators to meet the urgent need to build a multi-service operation of metro optical transport network to meet market challenges and opportunities. In many metro construction techniques in order SDH -based MSTP technology has become the construction of metro optical transport networks mainstream technology . In this paper, several existing MAN networking technical characteristics were compared , analyzed the MSTP technology advantages compared to other networking technology . Discusses the overall functional framework MSTP technology , the basic principles of carrying Ethernet services related key protocols , and Ethernet MSTP technology the way business and its supporting Ethernet service types were studied. In theory , based on the paper with the specific engineering practice, from business requirements , engineering solutions , engineering, equipment selection, several aspects of the company's radio and television networks Kaifeng MSTP optical transmission network construction program was designed . Kaifeng radio and television networks combined company's actual business needs, MSTP technology to achieve multi-service bearer specific application programs studied, and for TDM traffic , Ethernet Private LAN , Ethernet private line services several types are given respectively in Kaifeng radio and television networks in the successful application cases. MSTP metro optical transport network in the broadcasting network applications, a good solution to the many problems faced by radio and television networks , radio and television networks in enhancing their competitiveness operators , but also brought a good market for money. Finally, on the MSTP technology in radio and television network applications and technology development are summarized and discussed.
