Abstract


Drugs as a special commodity , is directly related to the national life and health , therefore , the changes in all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry has attracted worldwide attention . In recent years , along with the reduction of government investment in health system , health resources , the unreasonable allocation as well as drug prices artificially high high, people see a doctor is difficult and expensive problem is becoming increasingly acute . To this end , the state has adopted a series of policies and regulations to promote the health care system reform , Medicare reform , pharmaceutical circulation system . With the advance of medicine circulation system , the implementation of various measures to regulate the drug market and the of drugs circulation of foreign liberalization of the pharmaceutical distribution as an important link in the process of drug marketing , in the new situation facing huge problems and challenges . In this paper, the six - factor model of industrial structure , a profound analysis of the macro and micro environment faced by our pharmaceutical circulation , reveals the problems and challenges of China's pharmaceutical circulation . Through interviews with 10 large pharmaceutical distribution enterprises and five multinational pharmaceutical companies, business people , based on fully expounded the necessity and feasibility of the reform of the pharmaceutical circulation combined with our current policies and regulations , and the entire pharmaceutical circulation the development expected discusses and pharmaceutical distribution enterprises in China 's future development modes . This article provides pharmaceutical distribution enterprise enterprise environment analysis of the six - factor model analysis methods expect the proposed strategic development model can provide a reference for the future development of the enterprise .
