Abstract


The paper introduces the technology of GPS and MapX relevant theory and background knowledge , combined with GPS and MapX technology uses MapInfo's MapX control and visual programming tool software VC 6.0 development , the establishment of MapX - based GPS navigation system able to achieve real-time navigation target tracking , and the ability to use the Access database and DAO technology for storage and management of the the navigation target position information to the main contents of this paper are as follows : 1 , VC create the MapX electronic maps, some of the basic functions of the map ; 2 , the use of multi-threading , and the MSComm control technology to achieve serial communication between the computer and the GPS module ; parse GPS information data , the navigation target latitude and longitude information , and the application of Access database technology of data storage and management ; 4 combines GPS technology and MapX technology , achieve dynamic navigation target tracking , real-time display on the electronic map navigation target position ; 5 using the Access database technology and MapX technology , navigation action trajectory storage and electronic map path echo ; 6 conversion between screen coordinates and geographic coordinates , and on this basis , design and Hawkeye Figure features of the electronic map ; 7 , the system CMMB signal path analyzer measurement system combination of CMMB signal strength maps draw , CMMB signal strength trends of the region at a glance . After field trials to prove that the system has strong scalability and versatility , high practical value and social value . The test results show that this system run more stable , reliable , and to achieve the basic functions of the display on the navigation target location and dynamic tracking . It needs to be pointed out is that the system for the products developed by the research group CMMB signal road tester , and achieved the desired results , but also proved the value of this research , and the practicality of this navigation system .
