Abstract


China and the gulf cooperation council in recent years are actively to promote and participate in a variety of regional trade arrangements, with many countries and regions respectively in the FTA negotiations. As on July 6, 2004: China and the GCC state tried to economic, trade, investment and technical cooperation framework agreement signed, in the sea of FTA negotiations also officially launched. This paper will seek them FTA negotiations economic and political foundation, and to search for FTA is completed, it will bring the two countries how yields and the sustainability of earnings. - sea FTA negotiations so far are more smoothly, this paper established the prospective of the sea - the prospect of a free trade area, especially in negotiations may appear uncertain factors and after completion of the influence made a analysis and prospects.
