Firstly, this paper introduces the development of China’s charity related concepts and theoretical basis, secondly, the development of China charity historical evolvement process of longitudinal comb, and summarizes the development process of China charity various existing problems, and then, on the analysis of the U.S. and British charity, based on the development status of identified China charity development can draw lessons from experience, in the end, based on the development of Chinese charity for charity’s actual situation, problems existing in the development of, and summarizes the development of China’s charity goal, and puts forward some solutions to the problems and realize the goal necessary countermeasures choice. Although China’s charity research has made some achievements, but, with the development of economy, social progress and social citizens than welfare demand, these results are not enough, so, we need to this great philanthropic enterprise constant efforts, we need more in-depth research on the development of China’s charity, in order to promote the development of China’s charity and perfect.
