Abstract


With the deepening of economic globalization , a pivotal position in the Chinese market has become increasingly prominent . Many overseas multinational companies have entered the Chinese market , with the U.S. company's investment scale and the rate of expansion is compelling . In the United States the company continued to expand its business in China , more and more Chinese people to join their team of employees . However, due to American culture there is a huge difference in the values ??of these Chinese employees and way of thinking is often associated with the U.S. company's management culture clash . In order to eliminate friction, so that Chinese employees better integrated into the U.S. company's work environment , in-depth understanding of these values ??and way of thinking of employees remain in China and American companies to become well-functioning key . This paper aims to examine the company in China and American way of learning Chinese employees characteristics . Chinese and Americans had a very different approach to learning, but with the increasing number of foreign cultural contacts , the Chinese people 's learning style gradually changed. Employed by the Chinese people in China and American companies in the United States under the influence of the two cultures , their way of learning will inevitably show some work in the Chinese state-owned enterprises compared different characteristics. Learn Chinese employees to learn is the training of local staff in China and American companies the key to success , which became the starting point for this study . After reviewing Hofstede, Samovar and Porter and other scholars on cultural patterns and cultural factors on the impact of learning activities relevant theoretical literature , this article presents cognitive style , communication, methods and incentives associated with the four learning style dimensions. On this basis , this paper analyzes ways of learning Chinese employees and put forward four underlying assumptions . Authors first summarize the theory of Chinese culture and American culture, basic characteristics, and then through the issuance of the questionnaire survey form two groups of people , namely, the Chinese state-owned enterprises and employees working in U.S. businesses in China Chinese employees . According to the questionnaire feedback data , the paper examines the four mentioned assumptions and focus on analysis of cultural factors on Chinese employees in China and American companies the impact of learning . This paper concludes with some of the limitations of this study and future research are suggested.
