Abstract


Human resource demand forecasting is an important part of human resources planning . The purpose of this paper is to apply the theories and methods of modern forecasting , a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis , take field investigations and explore demand forecast in the corporate human resource planning , demand forecasting model proposed human resource planning . Demand forecasting model of professional and technical personnel of enterprises , to lay the foundation for enterprises to build the human resources management system , and in corporate personnel recruitment and selection , deployment , performance appraisal , compensation management , training and development play an important role . The paper selects a typical manufacturing enterprise as an object of study , made ??a total personnel of the enterprise demand forecasting , demand forecasting model focuses on the professional and technical personnel as an important part of the talent . The innovation of this paper is that not only do the forecast total demand for professional and technical personnel , their age, education, job title and job structure predicted .
