Abstract


Company domination theory is one of the most important topics on economics and financial field, which is also an argumentative focus in academe. Company domination transfer has already become common behavior among public corporation, with policy promotion. Domination transfer has had further development in our country especially after the 15th Communist Party Congress. But in our country the research on the domination transfer is short of profundity. And few scholars use positive methods to analyze the domination transfer in our country. In order to make up the lack of positive research on domination transfer, the paper use the method to research the domination transfer. Objective companies which had domination transfer from 2002 to 2004 are selected as research sample in my paper. And the judgment on domination transfer is not only according to transfer bulletin but also the fact. The event studies are used in analyzing the wealth effect on objective companies through domination transfer. I analyze the factors in wealth effect through creating regression equation. The aim of my paper is to prove whether the main theory in western domination market can be applied in our country or not, and put forward some advice based on my country. The research results indicate that domination transfer is going towards the rational trend, domination transfer can bring good wealth effect to the objective company.The paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter is preface which puts forward the research field, innovation and localization. The second chapter is the process of positive analysis which is the key chapter in the paper. The chapter analyzes the change of objective company wealth through the T statistical test. The third chapter is mainly about analyzing the factors in wealth effect, finding the influence coefficient through the correlative and regressive analysis. And the third chapter is also the key part in the paper. The fourth chapter advances some advice about domination transfer based on the positive analysis, which is helpful to standardize the domination transfer.
