Abstract


The importance for educational quality of population have been brought increasingly attention in recent years. For the high quality of population is the key determinant in today’s globalization. It is the main power of economic development for every country, especially in such era that knowledge is everything. For those developing countries, especially agriculture countries, the fundamental reason of poverty is neither lean soil nor average workable area which people can use, the key is the human’s ability that can be obtained by human investment. The most efficient way to achieve such ability is the widespread of education that can help rural population break away from poverty, and then improve rural economics.China is the largest agriculture country in the world, but not the country of high-level population. Compare with developed countries, the most serious problem of China is average educational level is very low. Overpopulation means resources can be dominated by every person is not enough, the different policy is also the factor that educational enterprise in rural area is far behind city.By the data of China and GUANGXI province census in 1990, 2000, the dissertation regards the educational quality of rural population of GUANGXI province as researching object. By data analyzing, this paper try to indicate the relation between improving educational quality and eliminating poverty. On the basis of transverse contrast, the dissertation will point out the problems of education that rural population in GUANGXI province and make some suggestions.In the process of high speed economic development in China, how to improve the educational quality, narrow the disparities between poverty and rich, aim to change population pressure into advantage, consequently economy grow in a stable and balanced way is the chief matter that our government has faced with.
