Abstract


Modern service industry cluster as a world fashion and trends , along with the acceleration of economic globalization , multinational development and international metropolitan CBD functional structure improved, and gradually developed , mature. The rise of modern service industry cluster development of the inherent requirements of both services , but also to enhance the city's economic capabilities , to improve regional competitiveness objective necessity. Modern service industry clusters dominate the international metropolis of Central Business District development, but also decide the city 's economic prosperity and the level of international competitiveness . Currently, many of the world regard the construction of metropolitan central business district , and promote the development of modern service industry clusters enhance the city's international competitiveness as a very important strategic initiatives. Relative to the internationally renowned Central Business District , Beijing Central Business District of modern service industry cluster development is still in its infancy , so the systematic study of the law of development of modern service industry cluster for speeding up the development of Beijing Central Business District , the capital to promote economic prosperity , improve its international competitiveness has a very important practical significance. This paper by using the theory of industrial clustering key principles of modern service industries concentrated analysis and comparative study abroad through a large number of instances , summed up the development of modern service industry cluster formation and experience of law , for the analysis of modern service Beijing Central Business District industry cluster development to provide a reference , combined with Beijing central Business District 's own characteristics put forward some countermeasures and suggestions . The focus of this thesis has two main aspects: first , the use of relevant theories of industrial agglomeration systematically analyze the principles of modern service industry . Second , summarize the development of modern service industry cluster formation law , drawing on international experience, combined with Beijing CBD development of modern service industry cluster , put forward specific measures .
