Abstract

With increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, human resources become the key to competitive advantage, corporate staff training plays an important role and become a strategic business development requirements. Training evaluation activities in our country because practice has lagged far behind, thereby greatly reducing the corporate staff training effect. For a long time, the lack of effective training evaluation tools, business management and investors and even employees a clear understanding of my hard training to employees and enterprises value. This has resulted in investors and managers can not increase the business of investment in staff training, staff have no incentive to participate in the training. Therefore, the choice of a scientific and practical training effectiveness evaluation tool for enterprises to increase training efforts, has given rise to the importance of the training, and ultimately for effective training has important practical significance. Firstly, the domestic and foreign scholars on the training effectiveness evaluation model to summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each model. Foreign scholars mainly in two ways: one is to assess the core level, will be divided into different levels of training effectiveness evaluation; the other hand, the input-output as the core, is about the effectiveness of training to assess the costs and benefits accounted for training return on investment. The research results of domestic scholars mostly not from the foreign scholars research ideas. The article summarized as follow-up study has laid a solid theoretical foundation. In this paper, the two aspects of the assessment of selected two classic models were assessed based on the core-level assessment Kaufman five to input-output model and the core of the training utility model. In this paper, using case study analysis methods to evaluate the model and training Kaufman five utility model as the theoretical basis, the two companies two training for the study were carried out case studies. Through analysis, a profound analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two models and their applicability to practice and make recommendations for the enterprise, which proposes enterprises in assessment practices, to establish a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of training management system which includes strengthening investment in training and set up a comprehensive training system, establish and improve enterprise performance evaluation system, establish a scientific and effective data collection systems and create a learning organization. The security system can ensure the effective conduct assessments to ensure that training and achieved good results. The training of scientific and effective impact assessment was not an easy task, because the training evaluation by a variety of factors, but the assessment work was very necessary, it is to improve the quality of work throughout the training, and even improve the overall management level will produce important influence. Therefore, Chinese enterprises must do this for the long-term development has a crucial job.
