Abstract

The non-public economy is an important part of our national economy, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the non-public economy rapid development, employing a rapid increase, especially the new generation of migrant workers to join the non-public economic enterprises inaugural venture, government social management have become increasingly demanding. Dongguan forefront of reform and opening up as the active development of the non-public economy, its total economic output accounted for 80% of the city's employees accounted for more than 80% of the city's total population, about 650 million people, most of them located in the labor-intensive , processing trade and manufacturing enterprises.
