Abstract


With the structural changes of the modern form of business organization, \Communication task with many objects, complex relations, research point of view is not the same. How to improve business efficiency through effective communication research communication refuge, address this issue, this paper focuses on the internal communication means and effectiveness, try to build internal communication return \return. In recent years, the development of management practices recognize that, should management communication as a complete system, from the point of view of the company's strategy, communication strategies into the company's strategic system. This requires that the company's internal communication every detail to make in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide specific and feasible method to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communication. This study support the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China enterprise communication network \factors, targeted for the enterprise to solve communication problems and enhance business performance to help. This paper describes the theoretical framework of internal communication, from the qualitative aspects of internal communication link with level; analysis and sample data to explore the factors behind that affect communication behavior, and the preparation of the scale of measurement of internal communication behavior of samples quantitative data analysis and research. Scale: scale of the means of internal communication and internal communications issues and challenges scale. Means of communication within the enterprise to communicate the basic elements of the network, to study the effect of influencing factors, for understanding and assessment of internal communication network reality provide a frame of reference and basis. Discernment internal communication problems and challenges, can provide guidance in order to test the effectiveness of internal communication and its influencing factors, while the two-scale validation further prove that the project Institute established internal communication the rationality of the theoretical framework. To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communication aimed at creating value for enterprises, therefore, to improve the communication rate of return on all research objectives and ultimate destination. In case of lack of an established communication rate of return formula, the paper attempts to explore the communication problem of return of domestic enterprises, the introduction of corporate communications return structural equation model, hoping to initiate intended follow-up study to the next level.
