Abstract


In order to rationally evaluate the situation of China 's Urban Water modernization , and found that the existing problems in the construction of water and the main direction for the future efforts to make scientific and rational planning , the paper close connection with the actual situation of China's current construction of water supply , urban water modernization evaluation compare the system of in-depth research . The main content of the paper include : 1 . Discusses the analysis of water conservancy modernization and national modernization research trends at home and abroad , the summary of the main problems in the study areas and the necessity of this thesis . 2 . Explore the the Urban Water modernization theories and methods of evaluation , including the concept of urban water , urban water modern connotation , waterworks construction principles and guiding ideology . Elaborated the principle of evaluation index system built using system analysis methods and analysis , from flood control, water resources allocation , four aspects of the water ecological environment and water management , building evaluation index system of urban water modern . To the standards of developed countries as a standard value relative membership degree method to quantify urban water modern evaluation using AHP to determine the weight of the final establishment of the urban water modern multi-level fuzzy mathematical evaluation model . Using the established evaluation index system and multi-level comprehensive evaluation mathematical model , the Z- City Case Study , come to judge the results , and the coordinated development degree model analysis , the results showed that the establishment of evaluation index system and assessment the method is reasonably practicable .
