Abstract


Business ethics is an important part of the establishment of the socialist moral system . The cells of the enterprise as an economic activity , production and operating activities socialist concept of honor and disgrace coincide , integrity management , in line with the economic and ethical requirements . The process of transformation from a planned economy to a market economy in our country , because of the legal and institutional construction lag , resulting in a large number of enterprises have emerged in this period, China is the lack of ethical conduct , speculative , and ultimately business failure . Critical moment in the present stage of China's reform is still a serious lack of business ethics phenomenon , brought great economic loss to the country , the sustained and healthy development of behavior and the scientific concept of development , economy , resources and environment do not coincide . Internal ethics management systems and organizational construction is lagging behind , and seriously affect the transformation of our business to an international enterprise . This article seeks to ethics management situation by Chinese and foreign enterprises comparative analysis , combined with China's actual ethics of traditional economic thinking , to explore business ethics management model framework with Chinese characteristics . The first chapter is the full text of the preamble , the significance and urgency of business ethics leads from the status quo of China 's lack of corporate ethics . The second chapter explains the meaning of corporate ethics and applied ethics , economic ethics . Chapter III describes the generation and evolution of economic ethics in foreign , as well as the situation of reform and opening up , China's economic emergence and development of ethical thinking . Chapter from an ethical point of enterprise management elements profound analysis , leads to a full range of corporate ethics management philosophy . Chapter combined with China's national conditions , summarized the theoretical basis of the socialist economic and ethical thought from the Marxist theory of Deng Xiaoping Theory , and refine our traditional economic and ethical thought from traditional Confucianism , theoretically rich . Chapter VI draws on the advanced foreign corporate ethics management system , China 's state-owned enterprises and private enterprises ethical management system and organizational building architecture . Construction of corporate ethics requires not only the establishment of the internal system of ethics and ethical management system , improvement of moral standards of society as a whole , building the perfect business ethics , but also promote the establishment of a socialist moral system .
