Abstract


The production process management is an important part of enterprise management is an important part to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises . The level of production process management determines the competitiveness of enterprises . Unreasonable XY Company in the production process management , mainly in fixed working hours is not accurate , the production plan to the adverse , poor management of the production process . This article will use the knowledge of the management of production around the XY Company production management , such as the organization set up , and the formulation of fixed working hours , modern production management tools , specific analysis to identify the enterprises in the production process management the crux of the problem , the use of just-in-time production management ideas , optimize production management system of the enterprise .
