Abstract


With the development of economic globalization and information technology , enterprise management has been constantly innovative , traditional performance appraisal has been unable to fully meet today's enterprise management needs to develop into a complete performance management system . Performance management has been popularized in the Western countries, enterprises and used in China has just started , and have not formed a complete management system . Therefore, the need to focus on the core of the performance management to promote human resources management , to improve the overall level of our management . Enterprise performance management in a strategic, comprehensive and forward-looking in-depth analysis of the proposed enterprise in the dynamic and highly competitive economic environment , a comprehensive performance management innovation mode of operation and organizational management , enterprise sustained and stable development with a strong practical and important guiding significance .
