Abstract


Along with the wideness of enterprise risk categories, change of the role of riskmanagement and revolution of laws, traditional individual and diffused risk managementmethod can no longer satisfy the need of enterprise sustained development. Therefore,most of the enterprises around the world try a lot to find a more scientific mechanism ofrisk management. And the CRO is one of the methods found in practice. This paperstarts with the development process of risk management, then the growing up of CRO inAmerican company management reformation practice and its development and thereason, and also the practical effect of the CRO in American company managementreformation and what we can learn from it. Following is talking about how to constructthe CRO system in Chinese company, discussed in five parts: control environments ofcorporation risk, risk assessment, risk control, information and connection, supervision.
