Abstract


The right to a name is an important personal rights of citizens . For our citizens the right to a name , the country has a clear legal provisions . However, with the development of the socio-economic and cultural progress , and our people on the spiritual life growing emphasis on increasing the ' right to a name dispute , will also continue to highlight the importance of the right to a name . At present, China's current legal research is far from meeting the actual requirements of the times and focus on protecting human rights , legislation on citizens ' right to a name and fragmented , and academia this problem , although some results , but overall static more aspects to achieve dynamic , positive rights aspects but few cares . Therefore, the the perfect refinement name legislature , the legislature has become an unavoidable topic . Article from the point of view of economic and high-tech re-examine the citizens ' right to a name , a combination of the right to name their development features and characteristics of the times , and on this basis to build a research platform , all-round , multi-angle analysis of the citizens ' right to a name .
