Abstract


Regional investment environment of the modern service industry determinants of a region to attract foreign investments of the modern service industry, it will directly affect the size and structure of foreign capital in the area of ??modern service industry. This paper using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the evaluation method, the idea is the first regional environmental factors subsystem factors and industry characteristics factors subsystem respectively factor analysis, the subsystem of the the extracted regional environmental factors main factor with factor analysis of industry characteristics factors, in order to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the regional investment environment of the modern service industry. The results of this research are: (1) the regional modern service industry investment environment is defined as \The complex organic industry factors; (2) regional investment environment of the modern service industry is divided into regional environmental factors subsystem subsystem and industry characteristics factors, the former is the basis of the regional investment environment of the modern service industry, which is the area of ??modern service industry key investment environment, play a decisive role; (3) China's four major economic regions of modern service industry investment environment presents polarization imbalance, the top five in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin is ranked after three; regional rankings: the Yangtze River Delta economic zone and the Bohai Economic Zone, the Pearl River Delta economic zone, northeast old industrial base.
