Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy, the core competitiveness of enterprises is increasingly reflected in the technological innovation capability. In the network era, the enterprises to improve the level of technological innovation, the key is how to get through the external network and internal network and the effective use of knowledge. How the enterprise network affect the performance of technological innovation empirical research has important value. The papers on the basis of the research literature in the existing enterprise network, enterprise network at the same time has a positive impact on enterprise technology innovation performance by the conceptual model of organizational absorptive capacity modulation of the comprehensive study outside the enterprise network strength, network scale, network location, within the enterprise network strength, and the absorptive capacity of enterprise technology innovation performance relationship, and analyzed the role of absorptive capacity modulation. In this study, a questionnaire survey of 125 copies of valid questionnaires, the results of factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis method to an empirical test of the model contains assumptions. Then further analysis from the angle of the dynamic evolution of the relationship between the corporate network and technology innovation performance. In this paper, the following conclusions: (1) outside the enterprise network, including the strength of the external network, the size and location of the three dimensions, has a positive role to enhance the technological innovation performance. Contact between the frequent close and spend time (FCT) (2) within the enterprise network, including the links between departments within the enterprise and internal departments to cooperate in good faith to keep his promise and goal congruence degree of (SLC) for enhancing the corporate Technical innovation performance has a positive significant role. (3) the absorptive capacity of the enterprise has a positive role to enhance the technological innovation capability of enterprises. (4) the absorption capacity for external network and internal network affect the performance of technological innovation with the modulating effect. That is when the enterprise absorption ability, internal network and external network will be stronger for the positive impact of technological innovation performance; weak absorptive capacity, the impact of the enterprise network technology innovation performance will be more weak. Finally, from a combination of industrial clusters case, the angle from the dynamic evolution of the enterprise network to explore the corporate network, absorption capacity and technological innovation performance among enterprise also should be noted that at the same time expanding its network to improve its absorptive capacity of the reasonable suggestions.
