Abstract


1927 to 1949 was the development of secondary education is an important period. In just 22 years time , the national government through a series of education laws and regulations promulgated and implemented , making secondary education tends legal, standardized and institutionalized , laid the foundation of modern secondary education . Nationalist government continue to adjust and improve the formalization of secondary education , while constantly on secondary education for frequent amendments and adjustments , combined with China 's actual education , secondary education on a bold reform and testing, to achieve our secondary education China technology .
