But overall , China's current liability insurance is still in the initial stage of development , its market share and growth rate far lower than developed countries. How to achieve the rapid development of liability insurance market , insurance industry is currently facing a major problem. Based on the data analysis , based on the combination of foreign development and experience of enlightenment , roughly describe the current situation of liability insurance market and put forward to promote the development of liability insurance countermeasures.
