Abstract


National economists have for the human capital role in promoting economic growth for a large number of theoretical and empirical research , these studies are reflected in the common general , the role of human capital on technology innovation path is still a lack of in-depth , system , complete study is based on this , the specific role of human capital on technology innovation were discussed . Human capital is attached to the body with the capital of the initiative and creativity ; technological innovation is the sustainable development of enterprises and the strategic high ground to win the competition . Influencing factors start from the internal analysis of enterprise technology innovation , reveals human capital and technological innovation inherent integration point ; focuses discusses in detail the role of human capital on technology innovation , and to explore the optimization of human capital and to improve the technological innovation capability of enterprises ways and means .
