Abstract


Development is the eternal theme of human society . Sustainable development as a new concept of development more in line with the laws of social development has penetrated into all areas of human life . Finance sustainable development is the concept of sustainable development and the integration of financial development . It can be said that financial sustainability is the financial development under the concept of sustainable development a natural extension and expansion . View of the financial position of sustainable development , financial sustainability is an integral part of sustainable development of human society . Judging from the most general sense , the sustainable development of human society can be divided into economic , social, environmental and certain subsystems . And financial sustainable development can be seen as a development system , it should be a subsystem under the system of sustainable economic development . The study finance sustainable development must be clear financial status of sustainable development . This requires scientific evaluation of the financial sustainability . Financial evaluation index system of sustainable development should include two parts of the financial development indicator system and environmental support system index system . Financial development index system including : the group of financial infrastructure conditions , financial business , financial markets , foreign financial linkages , financial risk indicators . The environment supports index system can be divided into two parts of the index of economic support and social support indicators . In this paper, the index system , using SPSS software and a comprehensive evaluation on the sustainable development of China in 1993-2003 financial factor analysis method , the evaluation results were analyzed and put forward a number of recommendations to achieve the sustainable development of China's financial . The main point of this paper are: (1) Financial sustainability is a natural extension of the financial development and expansion of the ideal model of financial development . Financial sustainability is an integral part of sustainable human and social development system . Financial measure sustainable development must be based on its meaning to establish a scientific evaluation index system . Financial evaluation of sustainable development should be a multi- index comprehensive evaluation . From realizing the sustainable development of the financial aspects , it is necessary to consider the financial system itself , but also consider the external environment .
