Abstract


Consolidated operating and financial industry sub-sector business issues , domestic and international financial community has been a hot issue . Currently, the international financial sector is an important trend in the development of separate operation from the shift to integrated management , Britain, Japan and the United States have carried out financial reform, financial sector to allow cross-industry business . At present, China's financial sector remained separate operation in the international development trend, is to continue to insist on separate operation or implementation of integrated management, to integrate themselves into the world economy and financial globalization , China is an important reality. By the author of an analysis of objective reality situation that our country is now with the implementation of integrated management of many conditions , the implementation of integrated operations with the necessity, feasibility and necessity . Meanwhile, the integrated management of specific patterns were analyzed and proposed to implement financial holding system is the realistic choice for China's financial industry .
