Abstract


Following the global manufacturing after the mass transfer to the size of the labor force and cost advantages of developing countries , multinational companies began a new round of global industrial layout adjustment , the United States developed countries represented by knowledge-based service industries to have intellectual talent the advantage of the emerging market countries, the transfer of a new wave of emerging multinationals dominated the international production system also began to enter into the service functions Offshoring stage . International transfer services project outsourcing business offshore to emerging market countries , China is becoming the new hot spot for foreign service investment . With the expansion of China 's rapid economic development and opening of international industrial transfer also further deepen the impact of China's economic development . So grasp the features and trends of the International Service Transfer initiative and selective use of the service industry to accelerate the development of our economy , improve the competitiveness of the service sector has become an important topic . Transferred to the international services as the research object , starting from basic theoretical analysis , the use of qualitative and quantitative comparison and reference of the analytical methods , a comprehensive and systematic study of the transfer of carriers of international services to multinational corporations . The thesis consists of four chapters, the first chapter describes the trend of the International Service Transfer , and review of the literature of the International Service Transfer , and to clarify the purpose and significance of this study . Chapter II from the national level analysis of the overall situation , including the International Service Transfer International Service Transfer rapid development background , characteristics , constraints , and its effect analysis . Third chapter analyzes the strategic choices of multinationals service functions offshore from the corporate level . First, the relocation of the service functions of multinational companies in different ways to define and distinguish between , and a different way of transfer of development trends . On this basis , the strategic choice of multinational companies in different ways , and service functions offshore location choice . Chapter IV using quantitative analysis methods based on the status quo of our international services to undertake the transfer of services FDI inflows motivation , and the International Service Transfer advantages compared on Sino -Indian undertake Finally, our effective Undertaking the International Service the transfer of the integrated approach is recommended .
