Abstract


The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy , knowledge has become the main factor of production in this era , the most important resources of an enterprise . Corporate acquisition, creation, dissemination and application of knowledge will be the survival of enterprises , the key to development , which requires the implementation of knowledge management . With China's accession to WTO , the auto companies facing more intense competition , to adapt to the the intense external environment , to meet the requirements of the era of knowledge economy , knowledge management , import auto companies a necessary means of survival . The thesis is divided into seven parts . The first part introduces the research status of knowledge management at home and abroad , the second part of the analysis of the relationship between the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy , knowledge classification , knowledge management and knowledge-based economy and knowledge transfer mode with the creative process . The third part is to create a blueprint for knowledge management system , first established the goal of knowledge management systems and audit existing knowledge assets and systems , and then design the infrastructure of knowledge management , knowledge management team and organizational structure design and analysis of knowledge sharing and organizational learning mechanisms , and finally a knowledge management alliance . The fourth part is the automotive enterprise knowledge management the import import method according to the third part of the automobile enterprise knowledge management system design methods . The fifth section analyzes the case of domestic and international experience . Section VI presents the research, innovation and inadequacies .
