Abstract


The society will be disputes , disputes are an inevitable phenomenon in the social process , is a social norm . Disputes need institutions , systems and procedures to prevent and resolve disputes , and the integrity of the dispute settlement mechanism , and the reality of social conflict solving abilities and effects , the degree of social civilization and social order excellent evaluation criteria . The basic meaning of civil disputes and its diversified settlement mechanism , the inspection of foreign non- litigation dispute resolution mechanism , three typical country in the United States , Germany and Japan , for example , foreign non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism the rise and development . On this basis to explore the establishment of our modern pluralistic dispute settlement mechanism , and demonstrated the need to establish a diversified dispute resolution mechanism , a clear development of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms contribution to building a harmonious society . Finally , the author , based on our current needs and building a socialist harmonious society , establish diversified dispute settlement mechanism concept , build with Chinese characteristics mediation system and activate the three aspects of the domestic arbitration system put forward ideas and suggestions to improve our diversified settlement mechanism .
