Purpose of interstitial lung disease is a common complication of dermatomyositis , dermatomyositis patients with interstitial lung disease and poor prognosis , treatment difficulties and high mortality. This paper analyzes the clinical features of patients with dermatomyositis with interstitial lung disease and pulmonary manifestations . Methods of collecting from 1997 to 2004 in our hospital 128 cases of patients with dermatomyositis . 101 cases of interstitial lung disease dermatomyositis ( DM group) were controlled, retrospective study of 27 patients with interstitial lung disease patients with dermatomyositis ( DM - ILD group ) , were compared between the two groups clinical data , laboratory tests and other aspects of difference ; summarize the pulmonary manifestations of DM - ILD group . DM - ILD patients with an average duration of onset (4.1 months ) was significantly shorter in the DM group (11.2 months ) , P lt ; 0.01 ; DM - ILD set of patients with fever , pulmonary end of the wet rales , arthritis , combined immunosuppressant ratio were 43.8 % , 40.6% , 59.4 %, 56.3 % , significantly higher than the 20.8 % of the DM group , 7.3 % , 26.0 % , 35.4 % ( P lt ; 0.05
