Abstract

Burnet (Sanguisorba Dfficinalis L.) flower color, leaf shape, beautiful, long flowering period, with high ornamental value; exuberant vitality, cold and heat, less demanding on the cultivation conditions, China's north and south can cultivation is a kind of the excellent wild flowers for garden applications. But the downside is grown at a lower altitude is easy too high and loose, lodging phenomenon appears not easy to potted plants affect viewing. To this end, we make use of the plant growth regulator chlormequat (CCC) to its dwarfing cultivation experiment and explore solutions to the problems of Burnet plant height is too high. In this study, using different concentrations of CCC watering, determination of the morphological indicators (clear height, number of branches, internode length, branch length, number of leaf and leaf length, of lobular number and leaf area, and flowering and flower quantity) and physiological indicators (chlorophyll, SOD enzyme, POD enzyme, IAA oxidase, endogenous hormones), and the following conclusions: 1. applied different concentrations of CCC, its net height growth was significantly reduced plant height decreased significantly; concentration greater the inhibition. The drench 5d, pharmacodynamic most significant. 156 ~ 10 mg / L CCC promote Burnet branches sprouted, 10000 ~ 625 mg / L inhibit four branches. Basically agent concentration is greater the shorter the length of branches, more compact plants. Different concentrations of CCC can significantly inhibit the length between the two sections of the Burnet; Only 625 ~ 10000mg / L CCC has a significant impact on its length of a section; 10,000 mg / L and 10 mg / L CCC one, three four section length had no significant effect. 2 after the application of different concentrations of the CCC, the Sanguisorba the number of leaf is more significantly reduced, showing the trend of the decrease with the increase of the pharmaceutical concentration. When the concentration is less than 625 mg / L, CCC inhibit the length of the fronds of the Burnet, when the concentration of 625 to 2500 mg / L of leaf length but does not work. The CCC allows Burnet lobular number increase, but no significant law. Burnet blades pharmaceutical treatment after long, wide have a certain degree of increase, the most significant increase to 39 mg / L treated leaves. Applied different concentrations of CCC, Burnet flowering shorten flower number decreased. Beginning of flowering, flowering delayed, and the greater the concentration, to postpone the more obvious. Final flowering in advance. Flower number basically decreases with the increase of the drug concentration. Applied different concentrations of CCC the Burnet leaf chlorophyll content increases, and to delay leaf senescence. Chlorophyll content increases with increasing CCC concentration; CCC can effectively raise and continuation of Burnet blades SOD, POD enzyme activity. 2500 mg / L of CCC to improve its protection of enzyme activity is the most effective. CCC at the same time can significantly improve Burnet leaves IAA oxidase activity, and increases with the increase of the drug concentration. 5.CCC can effectively inhibit the synthesis of GA, IAA, ZT, and showing the three With increasing the concentration of medicament decreasing trend. 10000 mg / L of the CCC is to inhibit the synthesis of the three most effective. CCC can effectively influence the content of ABA, respectively increase and decrease in vegetative growth and reproductive growth phase, thereby enhancing the the Burnet resistance and slow down the aging. Cytokinin ZT close relationship with plant height, ABA mainly by affecting the ZT thus indirectly affect growth; the ABA directly affect the Burnet flowering ZT through the indirect effect of ABA on flowering significantly stronger than the direct
