Abstract


The Liao Shi ( 1892-1970 ) is a famous modern Chinese educator , his early study in the United States , after returning to the long-term in the education front quenching Li forge , only for the State Reserve . The founder and the construction of the National Teachers College is an important part of the Liao Shi education practice , the school of thought valuable .
