Abstract


The Macedonia problem is an important and complex problem in the Balkans, Macedonia history longstanding conflicts and disputes, and after independence, the Republic of Macedonia in 1991 led to the nearly four years of intense conflict between the country with Greece. \Greece firmly opposed to the use of the Republic of Macedonia \Greeks and Macedonians around which groups the right to self-identity as Macedonians controversy endlessly. The conflict between the two countries involved in a series of historical, ethnic, cultural and diplomatic issues, and development to the economic blockade imposed by Greece against Macedonia, causing extreme difficulties of Macedonia's domestic economy, and push bilateral relations to a possible danger in the event of armed confrontation . The Hima conflict aroused general concern of the international community, and the efforts of the parties concerned, the two countries finally signed a temporary agreement in 1995, to achieve the normalization of relations. This article discusses the conflict between Greece and Macedonia, to absorb and learn from the results of previous studies on the basis of written through their own learning and deep thinking. This paper to clarify the context of the historical changes of the region of Macedonia, explore triggered the Hima bilateral conflict inevitable. Use as an independent country name \The conflict is the conflict between Greece and Macedonia, two nations, both nationalism collision, which involves historical and cultural factors, and cross-border ethnic issues, the relationship between the two countries in the sovereignty, territorial and cultural resources national interests. The two sides stand on the position of the respective countries to attack each other, resulting in a dispute between the interests of the nation-state. The conflict is inseparable from nationalism turbulent international environment after the end of the Cold War, geopolitical characteristics of the Balkans, as well as the involvement of the major powers and increased complexity. The two countries stand on the narrow nationalist stance to treat sensitive issue is difficult to resolve the differences between the two sides, it is not conducive to international peace and stability. Many available and learn from the experiences and lessons of the conflict and its disposal for countries facing similar problems.
