Abstract


With the the urban rapid economic development , urban and rural differences gradually widening were made in building a moderately prosperous society , urban and rural development . Thus, the importance of the development of the urban fringe areas stand out . Metropolitan fringe areas to undertake the role of the transition zone of the central city to the countryside , plays an urban functions transferred to the village , but also play a role to promote rural development . Industry cluster has been practice has proved to be an effective mode of development , can effectively promote regional economic development, and enhance industrial competitiveness and regional competitiveness . Therefore, take the path of development of industrial clusters in the metropolitan fringe areas is an effective way to ease the big city pressure to promote the local economy , promote rural development and narrow the differences between urban and rural areas . Urban fringe areas of development of industrial clusters is a study of the industrial development of this particular area of the metropolitan fringe areas from the point of view of the nurturing and development of industrial clusters . From marginal urban areas and industrial cluster development research theory , combined with marginal areas special geographic location and general development of the situation , analyze the marginal areas of industrial structure evolution of impact factors fringe industry cluster development of the opportunities , challenges and advantages and disadvantages described competitive industries in the path of development of industrial clusters , explore a suitable development model of industrial clusters , cited the case of successful industrial clusters elsewhere and to illustrate this. Finally, Xinzhou District, Wuhan City, for example , the combination of Xinzhou District, agriculture , textiles and clothing , steel processing , tourism and port logistics industry foundation for the development and current status of specific development situation analysis .
