Abstract


With the rapid development of China's economy , the real estate market is growing toward standardization . More intense competition between real estate companies . With the implementation of the recent years a series of macro-control measures at the same time , the Chinese real estate has been fully entered the transition period , in the new situation , the real estate business in order to survive and develop , we must improve the market competitiveness , the importance of real estate marketing become more prominent , especially in science and operability of the real estate marketing strategy , the development of the real estate company will directly determine success or failure . The purpose of this thesis is to study how to apply the theory of marketing in the process of development in the real estate business , to develop the marketing strategy of real estate development is expected to eventually reach the goals . A project development LZ real estate company , based on the theory of marketing , a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the the LZ real estate development company , the analysis of the current situation of the real estate market in Nanchang , SWOT analysis method analyzes A opportunities and threats faced by the project , combined with the a project marketing environment analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the project ; a project the characteristics of the target market for the the LZ real estate development company a project to develop a specific marketing strategy , and its market marketing strategy implementation and control measures .
