Perfect urban housing security policy,is an important part of our social serurity system,also is a necessary complement of the market mechanism.In nowadays,the real estate market speculation rampant,in order to solve urban residents,especially low-income families in the difficult housing issues,the realization of sacial fairness,justice,and embodies the people-centered,building a harmonious society should be led by the government,through the establishment of a sound housing security policy to be resolved.Nanchang City is to actively promote the housing security system,with a variety of ways to solve the low-income families in the difficult housing issues,at one time,these policies are being promoted as "Nanchang mode"to over the country by the MOHURD.With the development of the social,Nanchang City make a positive thinking and exploration,providing a number of useful lessons.However,the establishment and improvement of housing Nanchang security system,also need to keep in practice,exploration and innovative in order to achieve improvement and enhance the purpose,thus building a harmonious society to the grand goal of a solid forward.This paper try from the perspective of the theory and practice,to further explore the housing security of Nanchang City,the implementation of the housing system,run and improve and perfect relevant policies.The full text is divided into six part.The first part of the foreword,the main research on the background of the housing security,the summary of worldwide research literature,meaning,methods.The second part is introduced about the concepts of the housing security,and relevant theory foundation.The third part describes the development and evolution of housing reform policy in Nanchang city,summarizes and concludes the exsisting problems of social security housing policy,and then on this basia probes their causes.The fourth part is introduced the evolution of the housing security policy,mainly in Singapore,Hongkong and Xiamen city of housing security system and its inspiration.The fifth part proposes some suggestions on how to improve the security housing policy of Nanchang city.The last part gives the conclusion and prospect of housing security policy in Nanchang.
