Abstract


As things are at the moment, many developers throw themselves into the tourism real estate in Yunnan Province. Especially, the tourism cities of east of Yunnan. These cities are famous of tourism industry, but now more developer have been came to here and developed the tourism real estate. Take for example of Dali city, many tourism real estate have been developed who are similar in form or appearance. But due to the inadaptability of the earlier stage’s plan and the false customer Positioning, the export sales is very difficult.Now tourism real estate is become a develops hot pot in Yunnan, how to plan a project of tourism real estate is a key point of developer.This article contains five parts:First part introduces author’s purpose of writing the passage and correlation theory of real estate. The second part preliminarily introduces the situation of tourism real estate in east tourism cities of Yunnan Province. The third part introduces the urban planning and the developing tendency of tourism real estate in Dali. The fourth part introduces the urban planning of Haidong new city in Dali. The fifth part introduces the Project planning scheme of Haidong new city.
