Abstract


The development of global economy benefits people with more and more free time. Having leisure activities has become one of the distinct features of our times. The quality of people’s leisure life would have a direct effect on harmonious development of society, and then proceed to affect the human development in a health and all-around way. Research on the scientific theory of leisure sport and its construct of the system is based on the scientific knowledge of many relating disciplines.The composition methods used in this essay including: citing the documents, systematical analysis, logical induction, interviewing experts and historical research, etc. The principles used in this essay relating to Anthropology, Sociology, Biology, Psychology, Aesthetics, Culture, Economics, etc. The essay puts forward some assumptions about the structure of theoretical system and makes the following conclusions:1. Anthropologically, the theory of leisure sport has a close relationship to human evolution, characteristics of human race, ethical features and modern science techniques.2. Sociologically, leisure sport promotes the socialization of human being and altering of social roles. And it helps to create excellent environment for interpersonal social interaction.3. Biologically, leisure sport pierces through the person’s whole life cycle, which plays an important part in human’s adaptability and the change of the physical activities.4. Psychologically, leisure sport puts an impetus on human’s mental health, and it has a direct relationship to people’s mental motive. Furthermore, people’s desire for leisure sport will be changed with the development of the mentality at different life stage.5. Esthetically, leisure sport can enrich people’s experience on appreciation ofbeauty so as to improve their aesthetic taste. Meanwhile, it also contributes to the beautification of both body and mind.6. Culturally, leisure sport relates to culture spirit, culture dissemination and education of culture spirit on leisure.7. Economically, leisure sport and development of economy and society complement each other. Some economic theories can serve as the guidelines for the development of leisure sport.8. The construct of systematic theory about the leisure sport makes an initial speculation according to disciplines basis, property, research objects, methods, substances and development trend.
