Abstract


The agri-products export trade has great significance for our country which is a large agricultural nation. It plays a crucial role in developing the conversion of the rural labor, increasing farmers’income, upgrading the village industrial structure, enhancing the competitive strength of the agriculture, advancing rural economics development and promoting the building of new socialist countryside. Shandong Province is an agricultural big province. In recent years, its agri-products export trade is developing rapidly, and its export sum of its agri-products is No.1 in whole country in 9 years continuously. However, the amplitude of its agri-products export trade appears slow, even negative growth. Within the structure of exports, the proportion of its agri-products appears decreasing. One of the main reasons is that the financial support to the agri-products export trade is not able to meet the demand of the export enterprise.This paper, based on a survey, points out that the financial services on the agri-products export trade of our country has some deficiencies and shortcomings in system limitation, capital and resource misallocation, lack of pertinence and so on. On the basic of analyzing the current situation of the financial services on the agri-products export trade, this paper states that, under the current financial system and allocation of the financial resources, the financial support to the agri-products export trade should be undertook by the rural cooperative finance which is the main force in rural finance.Guiding by business and supply chain finance theory, this paper provides an most optimized model to the rural cooperative finance in how to support the agri-products export trade. This model, by setting up the international business system, designing service function and integrating service process, makes Village Credit Cooperatives of Shandong Province play its leading role, finds solutions to the restraining factors of the agri-products export trade, which is including settlement channel blocked, financing difficulties, and lack of service on avoiding exchange rate risks, and make the agri-products export trade develop rapidly on the basis of enough financial support.
