Abstract


As one of methods of enterprise’performance evaluation, BSC (Balanced Score Card), produced in the United States in last ten years of the 20th century, was promoted followed in the developed countries of Europe and the United States. The principle of BSC is to promote the realization of goals which are decomposed from the corporate’strategic through the mutual drive of the finance (financial indicators), customer, internal processes, learning and growth (non-financial indicators) dimensions; Its role is to provide ideas and methods on systematic link between the Strategic Management and and to make performance appraisal system as one part of the Strategic Enterprise Management. However,because introduction of BSC into China was relatively late, the study and application of BSC for theoretist and Practitioners are still not at a mature stage, most companies are afraid to attempt such a comprehensive assessment method.Along with the deepening of market competition, rapid changes in the economic environment, particularly the rapid evolution of the customer-oriented competitive situationthe for securities industry, the securities companies increasingly need to introduce the BSC. The thesis, basing on the detailed analysis of BSC background, theory, application conditions and details of applying at the process of use, through analysis of the existing evaluation system’deficiencies and defects from Datong Securities both builds a balanced scorecard assessment indicators in four dimensions by analyzing the decomposition goals from the company’s. strategy and the general steps of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) assessment methods, and make the weights of the various dimensions and indicators more scientific by the survey results and the method of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Finally The thesis tells the problem, paid attention to by the company in the implementation process of of BSC and puts forward requirements of the concept and system in order to guarantee the success of the use of BSC.
